My stay at the property was lovely overall. The room had a microwave and mini fridge, which was convenient. The staff was very friendly and always ready to assist, though there was a minor issue that wasn't adequately addressed. The location was excellent with everything around, but there were some cleanliness issues in the room.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the room at the far end of the property was really small, it was nice to have privacy there. The service was a bit of a letdown as they were not helpful at all, but on the bright side, the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist. The dining experience was nonexistent overall although the Italian strata was a standout dish.
